Telehealth Services

  • In-Network with Aetna and Cigna (Starting Oct 2026)

• Private Pay Rates:

  • Individual Sessions (50 Minutes) - $165

  • Family Sessions (75 Minutes) - $185

• Sliding Scale

  • Please inquire about eligibility for sliding scale fees

I request 12 hours notice for cancellations- cancellations made less than 12 hours ahead will result in being billed the full service fee.

School-Based Services

If you are a high school counselor in the city of Seattle interested in having a clinician offer services at your school, please reach out! I’d love to discuss creating a partnership to make my services more accessible to youth.

School sponsored rates available upon request

If your school is interested in subsidizing the cost of therapy services for your students, sessions may be available at lower rate. Please reach out for more information on school sponsored therapy rates.
